Virgin Media users who subscribe to Sky Entertainment channels are in for a treat next month. Sky Atlantic will be added for free, allowing access to popular shows like Heated Rivalry, Under Salt Marsh, The Last Of Us, and Amadeus without any increase in bills. This update will roll out to Virgin TV 360 and Stream box customers starting April 1.
To enjoy Sky Atlantic programming, customers simply need to tune in to channel 111 on the Virgin TV platform. Additionally, content will be available on-demand and through Virgin TV Go. David Bouchier, Chief TV and Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2, emphasized the commitment to providing seamless entertainment at great value with the addition of Sky Atlantic.
In a related development, Sky has unveiled its new Ultimate TV plan, which includes premium channels such as Disney+, Netflix, Hayu, and the upcoming HBO Max app. Priced at £24, this plan will be accessible on Sky Glass, Sky Stream, and Sky Q platforms.
Sophia Ahmad, Sky’s Chief Consumer Officer, described this update as a “new era,” bringing together Sky, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hayu under a single subscription. The latest Virgin Media and Sky updates offer customers an enhanced viewing experience with a range of exciting content options.
