These claims have been presented in an Italian court where prosecutors are investigating allegations of people traveling to Bosnia and Herzegovina during the brutal four-year siege of the capital in the 1990s. Local resident Fatima Popovac disclosed that one of these purported shooters took the life of her young son, Adnan.
Expressing her disbelief and sorrow, Fatima, speaking to the Anadolu Ajansai news agency, questioned how someone could commit such a heinous act against a defenseless child.
