Diesel prices have escalated more rapidly than unleaded petrol prices, rising by approximately 9p per liter since the onset of the Iran conflict on February 28. For diesel vehicle owners, the most cost-effective refueling spot can be found at an ASDA garage in Kingswood, Hull, offering standard diesel at 134.9p per liter, according to retailer data.
