The Windsor Police Service has announced the arrest of a 41-year-old man following an investigation into the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl. The incident was reported to the Amherstburg detachment on Sunday afternoon, and the suspect was apprehended on the same day. The victim, who was acquainted with the perpetrator, disclosed that she had been sexually assaulted, and the man had also solicited and obtained intimate photos and videos from her using a social media platform.
The accused faces charges including sexual assault, sexual interference, and telecommunication with a person under 18.
