Government offices and services will see the closure of Provincial government offices and Access P.E.I. locations in Queens and Kings counties, as well as public libraries in those areas. Canada Post mail delivery and post offices will maintain regular hours, while Charlottetown City Hall will close at noon. Summerside City Hall will operate as usual. T3 Transit will have a downtown bus detour from 7:45 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Island Waste Management Corporation will remain on its regular schedule. P.E.I. In the grocery and retail sector, Sobeys, Co-Op, Foodland, Walmart, Superstore, Royalty Crossing, Confederation Court Mall, and County Fair Mall will maintain regular hours. Brighton Clover Farm in Charlottetown will open from noon to 7 p.m., while Kensington Food Basket and Panda Mart in Charlottetown will operate as usual.
Pharmacies such as Murphy’s Pharmacy, Lawtons Drugs, and Shoppers Drug Mart locations across P.E.I. will adhere to their regular operating hours.
