“Apple Fitness+ Unveils Exciting Updates for 2022”

Apple Fitness+ has introduced exciting updates to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, which was initially launched in 2020, now offers a range of enhanced features, additional content, and special guest workout sessions.

A notable addition is the introduction of multi-week programs aimed at boosting motivation. These programs, including new Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes, are structured to gradually improve one’s fitness level over time, providing a manageable pace for users.

One of the highlighted programs is the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT,” which combines 20-minute workout sessions of both types on Fitness+. Additionally, users can explore the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan, tailored to help individuals incorporate Yoga into their regular fitness routine.

For those looking to jumpstart their fitness journey, the “Make your Fitness Comeback” program is ideal. This four-week plan integrates Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts, with three sessions per week (10 minutes each) to aid users in progressing towards their fitness goals.

In addition to these program updates, Apple Fitness+ will introduce new episodes of Time to Walk, featuring prominent personalities like Spice Girl Mel B, actor Penn Badgley, and actress Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series will also make a return, offering workout playlists dedicated to Grammy Award-winning artists like KAROL G.

Moreover, Fitness+ will feature guest workouts from lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett, as well as dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. Users can access all this content on various devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. For an enhanced experience, users can pair their Apple Watch or AirPods Pro buds to track heart rate and calorie consumption.

Apple Fitness+ is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 annually.
