Police in Nova Scotia are currently looking into a recent incident involving a collision between an unmarked RCMP vehicle and a commercial truck near Liverpool. According to a statement released by the RCMP on Monday, emergency responders were called to the scene on Port Medway Road last Friday morning following reports of a head-on crash between the unmarked RCMP SUV and a Ford pickup.
Both drivers, who were the sole occupants of the vehicles, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to the hospital for treatment. As a result of the collision, Port Medway Road near Eastern Shore Road was closed for several hours.
