“Dell Reintroduces XPS Lineup with Enhanced Features”

Dell has reversed its decision from a year ago to discontinue the XPS brand after facing backlash from tech experts and consumers. The company now admits it made a mistake and is reintroducing the XPS lineup with a promise of an enhanced experience.

The revamped Windows 11 laptops boast a fresh design, featuring premium materials like aluminum and Gorilla Glass 3 for durability and style. Dell has redesigned the keyboard for better stability and introduced a sleek glass touchpad that seamlessly blends into the laptop’s design, enhancing portability by reducing weight and thickness.

The new XPS 14 and XPS 16 are Dell’s thinnest laptops to date, measuring just 14.6mm. These models include reengineered 4K webcams for a slim profile. Performance gets a significant upgrade with Intel’s latest Ultra processors, offering faster speeds, improved graphics, and efficiency. The thermal system has been redesigned to manage temperatures even during heavy usage.

Enhancing graphics performance, the laptops feature Intel Arc graphics with 12 cores, providing a 50% boost over the previous generation. Battery life is outstanding, with high-density 900ED cells offering up to 27 hours of usage on a single charge, powering the vibrant display all day.

Additional features include edge-to-edge touch displays, Dolby Atmos speakers, and a variety of ports for connectivity. Dell announced the launch of the new XPS models at CES 2026, emphasizing their premium design, powerful performance, stunning displays, and long-lasting battery life in a compact, portable package.
