Police have reported that a high-risk offender previously under public scrutiny in Truro is now residing in Kentville. Truro authorities had shared on social media that Matthew William Rozins, a convicted sex offender with a history of crimes in multiple provinces, had been living in Truro. However, in a recent update, police confirmed his departure from the area.
Kentville police have disclosed that Rozins is currently located within their jurisdiction. They emphasized that he must adhere to various release conditions, including restrictions on being around individuals under 16 years old, visiting places where minors congregate, engaging in employment involving minors, communicating with minors without supervision, and possessing firearms or ammunition.
