“Morrisons Offers Free Carrots for Rudolph & Co.”

Morrisons is offering customers a chance to receive over 27 tonnes of carrots to “feed Rudolph” and his companions.

From December 20 until Christmas Eve, while supplies last, shoppers can grab a complimentary carrot from the “Naturally Wonky” selection. These carrots may have unconventional shapes or sizes.

Chris Smith, Root Veg Senior Trader at Morrisons, expressed, “Christmas embodies spreading joy and cheer, so we are pleased to provide our young customers with a free wonky carrot to leave out for Rudolph and friends on Christmas Eve.”

“Our Naturally Wonky range supports British farmers, minimizes waste, and offers customers a cost-effective option that still tastes excellent,” Smith added.

This initiative coincides with multiple prominent UK supermarkets reducing the prices of Christmas vegetables to just 5p, covering items like potatoes, carrots, parsnips, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. The full list of discounted Christmas vegetables is available below.
