Constable Marc Pinizzotto, a devoted husband and father of two, was fatally shot during a search warrant operation in June at Black Creek and Trethewey Drive. The incident occurred while investigating a series of shootings, including one at the U.S. Consulate, where Pinizzotto bravely led the entry.
Nicholas Bennett, a 19-year-old individual, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with Const. Pinizzotto’s tragic death.
