She will then head to her campaign office in Trois-Rivières, the constituency she aims to secure, having previously represented Sanguinet on Montreal’s South Shore since her election in 2022.
Paul St-Pierre Plamondon, the leader of Parti Québécois, is focusing on immigration and is scheduled to host a news conference on the topic in Quebec City. Later, he plans to engage in a game of pickleball with candidates in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures.
Quebec Liberal Leader Charles Milliard will be in Shawinigan to reveal his strategy for reducing bureaucratic hurdles for businesses. Following this, he will visit the Le Trou du Diable microbrewery in the same city before attending the Grande Fête du Port de Québec. His day will conclude with a baseball game featuring the Quebec Capitales and the Ottawa Titans.
Québec Solidaire co-spokesperson Ruba Ghazal will kick off her day by announcing public transit initiatives in Quebec City. In the evening, she is set to participate in the Festival des arts de ruelle in Montreal alongside outgoing MNA Manon Massé and the Sainte-Marie–Saint-Jacques candidate, Roxane Milot.
Lastly, Éric Duhaime, the leader of the Conservative Party of Quebec, conducted a press conference in Lévis focusing on the elimination of the carbon tax. He will then proceed to La Malbaie to introduce the candidate for Charlevoix–Côte-de-Beaupré.
