Samsung has officially announced that the upcoming Galaxy S smartphones will be revealed later this month at the Galaxy Unpacked event. The renowned tech company will host its annual showcase in San Francisco on February 25.
Enthusiasts can anticipate the debut of the new Samsung Galaxy S26 lineup, which includes the standard S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra models. The event will be live-streamed on the Samsung website starting at 6pm GMT for those eager to watch it unfold in real-time.
For early birds who register their interest, Samsung is offering some exciting perks. By signing up, fans can receive a £30 voucher to use on Galaxy ecosystem products, double storage when pre-ordering a new phone, and a chance to win one of 10 £500 Samsung vouchers.
Samsung teased the event earlier this month, highlighting that their new smartphones are designed to simplify daily tasks with integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. The company emphasized that the new Galaxy S series represents a significant advancement in the era of AI.
Leading up to the launch, retailers are already discounting the current Galaxy S25 range to make room for its successor. Sky Mobile, for instance, has reduced the monthly cost of the S25 Ultra from £43 to £31, providing savings of £432. However, customers should note the 36-month contract requirement and the limited 100MB data allowance that may necessitate additional data purchases.
Amazon is also offering a deal where customers can enjoy 20% off the standard S25 and S25 Ultra when purchasing outright, with select models being discounted by almost £250. The prices for these phones have been slashed to £639.20 (from £799) and £999.20 (from £1,249) respectively, but the offer is valid until February 24 or while stocks last.
