Responding to a call on Armanda Street close to Malden Road around 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, officers discovered the vehicle lodged on the front lawn of the residence, its bumper in contact with the front steps. The driver, still inside the vehicle, exhibited several signs of impairment, such as red, glossy eyes, slurred speech, lack of balance, and drowsiness. Subsequently, the police detained the individual and transported him to Windsor police headquarters, where a breath test revealed a blood alcohol level exceeding twice the legal limit.
