“Alex Scott Faces Jungle Challenge for Full Salary”

Alex Scott must spend a minimum of three days in the wilderness to secure her full salary from the upcoming 25th series of the popular ITV show, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here. The show, which commences this Sunday, will also feature other prominent figures such as reality star Jack Osbourne, rapper Aitch, and renowned Twitch streamer Angry Ginge, promising an exciting season.

As one of the key participants among the 10 campmates, the Arsenal legend is expected to receive a substantial payment. However, Scott must adhere to a lesser-known rule of the show; failing to stay in the jungle for at least 72 hours could result in her leaving Australia without compensation, as reported by Metro.

Following in the footsteps of former football stars like Ian Wright and Harry Redknapp, the Football Focus host had a successful playing career spanning 12 years, during which she achieved significant milestones with Arsenal, Birmingham City, and Boston Breakers.

Having earned 140 caps during a 13-year stint with the Lionesses, Scott retired from professional football in 2018 and transitioned into broadcasting, becoming a familiar face on BBC screens. She is not the first ex-England player to join the show, as her former teammate Jill Scott claimed victory in a previous season.

Despite the challenging conditions in the jungle, which typically include a basic diet of rice and beans, Scott, with her Jamaican heritage, remains unfazed. She expressed her love for rice, stating that her Jamaican background has instilled a deep appreciation for the staple food.

In preparation for the upcoming 2025/26 season, Sky has reduced the cost of its Essential TV and Sky Sports bundle, offering substantial savings to members and an extensive coverage of live matches across various leagues, including the Premier League. Sky is set to broadcast over 215 live Premier League games next season, a significant increase from previous years.
