A fugitive who fled from Milner Ridge Correctional Centre on Wednesday evening has been apprehended and is now in police custody, according to authorities. The RCMP received a report of Justin Paul’s escape from the provincial detention facility located in the rural area of Lac du Bonnet, situated northeast of Winnipeg, at 9 p.m. on Wednesday. Following a swift response, Paul was apprehended near the intersection of Highway 11 and Minnewawa Street W. in Lac du Bonnet around 11 a.m. on Thursday.
