The suspect, Justin Donovan-Biscope, 35, from Smiths Falls, faced charges of murder and indignity to a body in connection with the death of Chelsea Swinwood, 37, from Grenville county. Swinwood’s body was discovered in a Spencerville residence, leading to Donovan-Biscope’s arrest by OPP officers. In his initial court appearance via video link from the local jail in Brockville, Donovan-Biscope wore an orange uniform.
According to OPP, Swinwood hailed from Grenville County. Donovan-Biscope is set to appear in court again on September 15 at 11 a.m. in Brockville.
