“Canadiens to Honor Carey Price for Hall of Fame Induction”

Carey Price is set to be honored at the Bell Centre for his upcoming Hall of Fame induction, marking a special moment for the goaltender who has dedicated his entire 15-year NHL career to the Montreal Canadiens.

The Canadiens recently announced that Price will return to the Bell Centre on November 10, following his official induction into the Hall of Fame on the preceding day. As the 62nd member of the organization to receive this prestigious honor, Price will join the elite group of former players immortalized in the Bell Centre’s ring of honour, a tribute to those who have achieved legendary status in the world of hockey.

Throughout his illustrious career spanning 712 games, Price has maintained an impressive 2.51 goals-against average and a remarkable .917 save percentage. As a testament to his skill and dedication, he holds the franchise record for most games played and victories as a goaltender.

The celebration of Price’s accomplishments will take place during a game against the Minnesota Wild, where fans will have the opportunity to show their appreciation for his contributions to the team and the sport. Notably, Price is a seven-time all-star and was selected as the fifth overall pick in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.

The Canadiens are gearing up for the upcoming season, with their pre-season commencing on September 19 and the regular season opener scheduled for September 29 against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
