RCMP has issued an Amber Alert for a seven-year-old girl who was reportedly kidnapped from her home in northwest Alberta. The alert was issued around 10:15 a.m. MT on Monday, stating that Aspen Wilson, 7, was taken from her residence in Valleyview, Alta.
Aspen is described as being 4 feet tall, slim, with curly blonde hair that reaches her shoulders, and blue eyes. The RCMP mentioned that she was taken by her stepfather, Alexander Stone, who is 28 years old, stands at 6 feet 5 inches, weighs 185 lbs, and has brown hair with hazel eyes.
Authorities believe that Stone might be driving a grey 2004 Chevrolet Venture van with Alberta licence plate CWY-3459. It is suspected that he could be heading towards Slave Lake or Red Deer.
