“Inukjuak Man Confesses to Stabbing Death”

In Inukjuak, Nunavik, a man faces murder charges following the discovery of a woman with stab wounds in a residence. The Sûreté du Québec reported that the man voluntarily went to the Inukjuak police station on Monday morning to confess to the crime. Upon reaching the scene, authorities found a 41-year-old woman who had been stabbed. She was promptly taken to the health clinic but was declared deceased. The suspect was apprehended by the police and is currently under interrogation while in custody.
